Notification credits
I have been following a vessel using email notifications. I recently received your email advising that my monthly email quota has been reached. I have purchased 100 additional credits, and applied them to my email notifications. Email notification is still showing 30 credits used, and that credits will refuel on 1st December. The 'Use credits' box is ticked, and a total of 100 credits is showing further down the screen.
However, the vessel has recently updated its destination but I haven't received email notification of that event. Also, I did not receive a noon position report yesterday as expected.
Please can you explain why I'm not receiving email notifications, and what I need to do to use the credits I have purchased.

PS: I'm mostly using the Android mobile app, but the same situation is observed using Chrome browser to access the website.

Hi,
I have just received an email notification that the vessel concerned has departed from its current port. So either you have fixed my problem, or it was just a temporary hiccup caused by the time taken for the credits to be applied to my account.
I'll let you know if there appear to be any further problems, but otherwise I think we can assume this issue is resolved. Many thanks.....
