    Dear Mohamed,

    Thank you for your reply.

One assumption regarding your request could be the satellite access in the vessels you need to track.

Please let me inform you that all MarineTraffic users have access to positions recorded by our network of terrestrial stations. We are glad to say that we have the largest network of its kind in the world!
When you do not see updated positions and get the message "out of range", then the vessel is far away from terrestrial stations and can only be tracked via satellite. This is available with our satellite services, the SAT Flexible and the SAT Global.
Satellite tracking keeps you informed of a vessel’s progress during ocean crossings, whilst you continue to benefit from more frequent updates for vessels closer to shore and during port operations. You can learn more about the satellite services in the following pages:
    https://marinetraffic.com/online-services/sat_flexible

    https://marinetraffic.com/en/online-services/sat_global

However, in order for me to assist you properly and not making assumptions, could you please be kind enough as to provide me with the MMSI of the vessels you need to track?

Thank you in advance for your response.

    I remain at your disposal,
