    I experienced the same issue. I did not realize the short trial period had ended and truly cannot afford this yearly fee. I canceled within 34 minutes of being charged and would like to be refunded. I'm happy to pay for one month but no longer am subscribed and cannot afford this charge.

    Please get in touch with me asap to confirm the refund.

    I cannot afford this subscription my younger brother has subscribed too he is too young to know what he has signed up to ect.

    I need a refund I’m going to be very screwed if I can’t get a refund. Charge me one month that’s fine but I need it back I haven’t got much money and what I do have I need desperately

    I did not sign up for an annual subscription and a few weeks ago had cancelled my monthly subscription. You have just taken £200 from my back account and I want it returned immediately please

    I was charged for a yearly subscription I was not prepared to pay for as only wanted a one time use. I did not realise the window was so short and that I would be charged on an annual basis. I am willing to pay for the first month but please cancel my subscription and initiate a refund. Will be waiting for your response.
