Majestic Princess showing incorrect direction

    Firstly, please accept my most sincere apologies for this delay of our to get back to you. We accidentally haven't seen your post until today.

    While investigating this case further, I couldn't reproduce the incorrect position you mention.

    However, I would like to let you know we received similar reports on the same day you brought this up. Since then, our competent team has investigated what may have caused the record of incorrect positions in our system, and has already deleted some of them. I believe this was the case for Majestic Princess.

    Regardless of the above, may I ask you to confirm if you still see an incorrect position of her? If so, I shall forward the case to our competent team for further investigation.
