Also, could you be so kind so as to provide me with the information below?
- the version of the MarineTraffic mobile app you currently have- the model of your mobile device and the operating system- a screenshot of the error message you get
And if you're using an Android device, could you please let me know if you recall which App Store you purchased our app from?Any information you can provide may be helpful.
