    May I ask you to provide me with a few more details on the issue you have been facing? E.g. Can you see the icons of the Vessels in the Map? Please feel free to attach screenshots along with your comments. They might be very helpful for me to have a better understanding of what you have been facing and, as a consequence, help me find a solution as soon as possible.

    Further to that, could you confirm to me please which Mobile App you are referring to? We have MarineTraffic Mobile App and OnCourse App.
