Everything now seems to be working again with my receiver and most of the others on the map.

    Hello Bill,

Thank you for contacting MarineTraffic Support.

We have detected a temporary server-issue yesterday which has caused some inconsistency with the availability of the Stations.
We truly apologise for the inconvenience it has caused you personally and your work.

Despite this, I am glad to inform you that we have applied fixes to the issue and it has now been resolved.

We are glad to know that everything works properly for you now.

    Best regards,

    Thank you Riza,
but it’s unpleasant that our stations have worsen their availability statistics, while  they were perfectly running!
That was an MT server issue, lasted 11h. Not a stations issue.
    Have a nice day!

    Dear Sergio,

I am glad to hear that everything works fine now from your end.
Regarding the performance of your station, we truly understand how you feel.
With this, please note that the availability statistic and the free plans assigned to our contributors won't be affected.

If it does for you, we would appreciate if you can alert us immediately.

    Kind regards,

Dear Riza, thanks for your kind answer, OK.

My impression is a worsening in the availability statistics of my 4372 station, after the MT server issue on April 28. From 100% to 98.8 / 1 mounth and from 99.6 to 99.2 / 3 months.

Sure the issue was worst for you at MT, I’ve read Ilias. Bad Sunday for you!

Maybe it’s better if central issues will not affect single stations availability, especially if a limited area is involved. This gives the impression of inefficiency of some stations in respect to the others and may affect Contest results.

    Kind regards

    Dear Sergio,

    Thanks for your reply.
I have discussed your Station's availability statistics drop with our Network Team to check for a possible workaround, but I regret to inform you that since the network was offline for about 12 to 24 hours, unfortunately, we cannot change them.

My sincere apologies for having said earlier that the statistics won't be affected, the same way as the assigned Plans are reinstated.

I hope if there's anything that I can assist you with, you won't hesitate to let me know.

    Best regards,
