    Hello Patrick,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I have escalated your request for the addition of port Skjolden to the respective team.

As soon as I have an update to your request, I will inform you here.

With regards to the Click interactions that you see on the LiveMap, indeed, we have added this feature a few days ago.

We appreciate your feedback and for sure I will forward them to our Product Team.

For now, the new feature will remain as is and we hope it will serve its better purpose.

Please note that by right-clicking, you will still be able to exit the Past-track by selecting the last option in the Menu.

I have attached a screenshot below for your reference.

    Best regards,

It is sad to hear that you keep unnecessary features even if users tell you that they are not useful. The worst about that new tab ist the fact that as soon as I click on "Exit Past-track" all ships on the live map are gone and I have to refresh the site in order to continue.

So even if you keep that new tab please remove that nerve-wrecking bug

    Dear Patrick,

    Thanks for your response.

As I have checked, when I click on 'Exit Past-track', the map is refreshed and all the vessels re-appear.

The vessel info window remains and the vessel icon remains highlighted as well.

I have attached 2 screenshots of what happens during the process.

Could you please let me know if this was not the case for you?

Is it possible that you could email me a screen recording of the issue?

    Please email us here

    Best regards,
