    Thank you for contacting us.

    I understand that you are facing issues with redownloading our app and I am sorry to hear that.

    Our Mobile App is a one off purchase that gets linked to the account you purchase it with, and can subsequently be re-downloaded as many times as needed to comparable devices (Google Play Store for Android and iOS App Store for iOS).

    This means that, on each of your new devices, you simply need to log in with the account that you purchased it with, your Google Play Store Account or your Apple ID, and simply re-download it.
