    I am sorry to learn that you have faced trouble resetting your password.

    We have identified an issue that results in users being unable to reset the password through our Mobile App.
    Could you please clarify if you are using a mobile device, in order to reset your password?

    Our team is currently working on resolving this issue, but in the meantime, could you please try to reset the password from a computer (not a mobile device) and let me know if all is well?
    I have already sent you a new reset password e-mail.

    Hi
    It was me Magnus who could not reset my password. I used Ulingus account to post a bug report as you need to be logged on to post one.... I had difficulties to reset the password both from the app and from the browser on the phone. But it started working again a few hours after I posted the bug report.
