I am sorry to learn that you are facing an issue with your Starter Plan purchase. Rest assured, I am here to assist you with this in the best possible way.
I would like to explain that the Starter plan is an in-app service that provides you with access to multiple information in the app.
This includes voyage-related information such as ATD, ETA, destination, speed, past track for vessels for up to 24 hours, vessel particular information such as dimension, capacity, year built, and many more.
In addition to this, the Starter plan also provides access to 2 features in the app, Augmented reality and the Route planner.

Also, can you please share a screenshot of where it shows that the vessel is expired?
