Connecting failure on mobile internet

Hi Suddenly my app can not connect with mobile internet. As soon as I am on WiFi it runs smoothly. The app has permission on the phone to use mobile internet and has always run smoothly.

  In order for me to assist you efficiently with your request, I will need the following details from you:

  - the version of the MarineTraffic mobile app you currently have

  - the model of your mobile device and the operating system

  - a screenshot of the error message you get

  Additionally, if you're using an Android device, could you please let me know if you recall which App Store you downloaded our app from?
