Connecting failure on mobile internet

    In order for me to assist you efficiently with your request, I will need the following details from you:

    - the version of the MarineTraffic mobile app you currently have

    - the model of your mobile device and the operating system

    - a screenshot of the error message you get

    Additionally, if you're using an Android device, could you please let me know if you recall which App Store you downloaded our app from?

    Any information you could provide me with will be most appreciated.
