    Hi Alexa

    Ive the exact same problem. New phone but while logged in, i cant access ship details like Gross Tonnage, Year built etc while on my other older phone i can. 

     

    What happens now?

    Ive got the same problem, i paid for the app and when it updated i have lost everything and now wants me too pay a subscription

    I have switched phones and when I log in and click ‘restore purchases’ it does nothing. Please assist
