Account not updating purchases on my ipad
I just got the starter plan on my iPhone and it’s showing that I purchased it. But when I try and access my account on my iPad, it says I am logged on, but not as a starter plan member. Any thoughts?

Thank you for your clarification.
I understand that you had installed the paid version of the mobile app in the past.
I would like to inform you that we launched the Free Mobile App version, more than one year ago, which provides some of the basic features of MarineTraffic.
Additionally, we designed the Starter Plan, which is a new feature of the app, that allows users with a small cost to access even more details than the old paid app.
For those users who have purchased the app previously, the Starter Plan was provided for free.
However, for some reason, which may be probably a device change, the in-app service has been removed from your mobile app account.Could you please clarify if you have recently changed your device?
