Why does my ship icon change back to site default icon each time I go back into the site? Even after I have changed settings?

Site never saves my ship settings each time I go back in. Even after I subscribed. Followed app for years and it never did that before.

I would like to inform you that this is not the expected behaviour of the App and as I am writing this reply to you I have already escalated this case and passed it over to our competent team.
