    The reason we use marinetraffic is to access this information for ships. It is an important issue for us, we would be happy if you consider it. Thanks

    I am doing ship information inquiries with IMO number. VD02 is the service which is enough, but I want to see the Classification Society info.

    API ile bu bilgiyi alamamak çok saçma. Aylardır ödüyoruz ve basit bir bilgi alışverişi için 180 dolar ödedim. Ama günün sonunda, bu bilgiyi paylaşamayız demek kurumsal ve müşteri odaklı iş tepkisi nasıl olur?

    It's ridiculous not to be able to get this information with the api. We've been paying for months and I paid $180 for a simple exchange of information. But at the end of the day, how corporate and customer-focused business response is to say we can't share this information?

    I understand your point, but as I replayed to you in my first response, this information is not available via API service. 

    Your purchase of an online service did and still is giving you the information you are looking for, while testing of API service did cost you, we are really sorry to hear that the parameters of the response were not what you expected. It indeed is frustrating, unfortunately, these are two different products and at the moment the API services don't include this specific field in the response. But rest assured that we have shared the feedback with our product teams for future consideration. We appreciate your contribution to the involvement of our products, thank you.  

    We reviewed your use case and understood that there is no workaround to use the API services, and made a response to you privately. 

    Regarding your last question, I am afraid I don't understand. If you could give me a better explanation, I would appreciate it.
