I would like to explain that the MarineTraffic app has been changed to the freemium app last February 2021 and as a result, it is now free to download by everyone while some of its features became paid features.
Despite this change, we had, of course, considered users that have paid for the app in the past such as yourself. As such, we provided the Starter Plan for free indefinitely to users who paid for the app in the past as long as they keep the same mobile device where they purchase the app in the first place.
That is the reason you cannot see the service under your new device but still have it under the old one.
I hope the above clarifies the case.

Kindly note that the Starter Plan, which was designed when the free mobile app launched, is a feature of the app, that allows users with a small cost to access advanced mobile app details. It includes a vast number of advanced features such as the below list:- Extended Vessel Info Details
- Extended Port Info Details
- Density Maps
- Weather Maps - wind Barbs & contours
- Area Statistics
- Advanced Search
- Past Track
- Route Forecast
- Extended Vessel Options
- Vessels Near Me
- Augmented Reality
- Route Planner
Let me clarify that since you purchased the Starter Plan or any in-app service in May 2022, you have the ability to access the features of the account in any device that is to your email, and you will be able to use it on any mobile device in the future in contrast to legacy users that have the free version that can only access it on the device they firstly installed it from.

But then What about this anoying advertises in the bottom???
I have the starter plan purchased earlier and have used it on several iPhones and one iPad, now I have a new iPad and starter plan is not longer active on this new unit. It’s still working on my iPhone… it looks like I can buy the starter plan again on the new iPad 😒
