Missing targets at two major ports

I be am a registered user but Darwin Port and Adelaide Pirt plus surrounding areas show no AIS targets but all other cities do These are my hone ports. Can you assist

  My deepest apologies for the late reply.

  Regarding both Darwin Port (https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/details/ports/1259?name=DARWIN&country=Australia) and Adelaide Port (https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/details/ports/890?name=ADELAIDE&country=Australia) , I can see in our system a few stations with good coverage around the area.

  Can you please inform me if you are trying to check any specific vessel´s position?
