    Hello,

    Let me explain to you that the MarineTraffic app has been changed to the freemium app last February 2021 and as a result, it is now free to download by everyone while some of its features became paid features.  
    Despite this change, we had, of course, considered users that have paid for the app in the past such as yourself, and as a token of our appreciation, we have provided them with the Starter Plan free indefinitely as long as they have the same mobile device under which the app has been purchased. 
     
    As such, since you have changed your mobile device, the service is no longer available for you under the new mobile device.
     
    However, we will be happy to add the Starter Plan again to your new mobile device. For it, we need the device ID of it. Please open our mobile app and go to the search bar and enter the #deviceid. The device id will appear under the new window, please copy it or take a screenshot and send it to us for further action.
