Retirement of Internet Explorer

On June 15, 2022, the Internet Explorer desktop application will retire and go out of support by Microsoft 365.

IE retirement is a major milestone in digital transformation for everyone, thus for us too. MarineTraffic is always committed to being a pioneer, providing the best experience to its users, while never stop enhancing and extending its functionalities.

Under this scope, the MarineTraffic website will no longer be supported in Internet Explorer 11, or any previous version of it, starting from June 2022.

If you try to access MarineTraffic from the IE desktop application, you will be redirected to Microsoft Edge. Of course, feel free to use any other web browser of your desire.

The list of supported browsers includes (but is not limited to) the following :

• Google Chrome
• Firefox 
• Safari 
• MS Edge 

Any of these web browsers of the new era allow a faster, more modern and more secure browsing experience.

MarineTraffic will be there to leave no waters uncharted and to create effective tools that everyone can use.

  You will be sent to Microsoft Edge if you attempt to visit MarineTraffic using the desktop version of Internet Explorer. Naturally, you are welcome to use any other web browser you like.
