    Thank you for reaching out. 

    It is my understanding that you have purchased the in-app service Access Plus 24 through the mobile app. Correct me if I am wrong. 

    Allow me to explain that this service is only available through the App. It works for the vessel you selected upon purchasing it and it lasts for 24 hours.

    I have also checked the vessel details and can see that her latest position report has been received about 1 hour ago:  22-07-2022 13:28 UTC. 

    Could you please share the screenshot of what you see in the app?
