Email notifications have stopped coming
Hi,
I've been using the notifications for the arrival and departure of some vessels for a couple months without problem. Since two weeks ago the notifications have stopped arriving but the corresponding credits have been charged to the free 30 each month. For example, yesterday i was doing tests and added the vessel ATLANTIC PRINCE to my notifications as it was close to arriving at a port. I had used 4 of the 30 free credits at the time. I have checked again today and i can see the vessel arrived at port, i have 6 credits used but no email received.
