Hello Geraint!
Thank you for your post.
Since there is no reported issue related to Nautical Charts layer, would you please be kind enough to try clearing the cache and cookies of your Browser?
Here are some guides to walk you through:
http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cookies
Please note that in order to keep the passwords you may have saved in your Browser, you should ensure to select only some options: Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files.
If you are still facing issues after that, please try a different browser? That’ll help me rule in/out the browser as the suspect here.
With that said, when you have enabled the Nautical Charts overlay, on the MarineTraffic LiveMap (via the website) please make sure that the zoom level is at least a level 5.
I see that you also mentioned Android OS. If you are you referring to the MarineTraffic mobile app, I would recommend to clear the cache of your mobile device and then reinstall the app. Please also make sure to zoom in, as to be able to see the Nautical Charts overlay there as well.
In case the issue still persists, could you attach a few screenshots along with your comments, which show the zoom-in level and the Nautical Charts being selected, as seen in the below screenshot?
Any further information you can provide is more than welcome. Thank you in advance!
Kind regards,
