Restore purchases
I recently signed up for the paid subscription on my iPhone, but when I log in using my my iPad, the paid content doesn’t display and says I haven’t made any purchases yet. Can you get this fixed?

Kindly be informed that our mobile app purchases are processed through the App Store billing systems. As such, the in-App services are linked to the specific account used to purchase them.
Please make sure to access the App from the same account where the purchases were made and then, from the App, go to the ‘Settings’, then ‘My Account’ and select ‘Restore Purchases’ to see if the service will be shown on your account.
