Problems with account when installing app on new phone
I just bought a new phone . And now my account doesn’t work anymore . When I bought the app and install it on my other phone it worked fine . After the install on the new one it doesn’t work properly anymore . I can’t see any ship tracks . And when I want to see them I need to make a starter plan . That’s cost some amount off money but I already paid for the app when I install that for the first time Somebody know any solution for this problem

I would like to explain that the MarineTraffic app has been changed to the freemium app February 2021 and as a result, it is now free to download by everyone while some of its features became paid features.
Despite this change, we had, of course, considered users that have paid for the app in the past such as yourself. As such, we provided the Starter Plan for free indefinitely to users who paid for the app in the past as long as they keep the same mobile device where they purchase the app in the first place.
That is the reason you cannot see the service under your new device but may still be under the old one.
