    In order for us to further look into this, could you kindly let me know approximately how much longer than the 2 hour period does it take for you to be able to vote for a photograph?

    Thanks for the prompt reply.
    This problem has been occurring for several days. It happens at different times of the day. This morning I voted at 7.30 am (UTC-3). And I could not repeat the vote until after 10:00 am. I don't remember exactly at what time. At other times I find the possibility to vote at two hours enabled.
    If it is of your help I will keep track of the repetition of these errors.

    Thank you very much for your follow-up on the reported problem.The error occurs randomly. It does not always prevent me from voting after 2 hours. But it happens two or three times in a day. It doesn't happen with any particular photographer or photo. I have voted today at 7:25 UTC-3. Let's see what happens at 9:26 UTC-3.
