Same isssue as another boat... What is my MMSI not found?

    Dear Robert,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Note that, for a record to be created in our database, you will have to update these details (MMSI, Vessel name etc.) in it, as I understand you already did.

    Then, please keep your Transponder active, so as for it to be transmitting your signal. Our system will automatically create a record for your vessel as soon as our antennas collect a few signals from her Transponder.

    Additionally, kindly note that the vessel needs to be located in an area under our Terrestrial AIS coverage. You can check our coverage with these instructions:
