Embedded map changes location

Hey, Hoping someone can help on an odd issue. Im using the stock code snippet with a lat and long which works great, only after a while it'll recentre the map to another (always the same) location near a city called irpin. Any ideas what's going on?

  Just to add some further detail, This happens on a rasperry Pi in kiosk mode, its a simple html page with the default embedded code. It will launch with the correct location, and then, not even when the page refreshed, will relocate to somewhere else on the map, until i refresh the page again
